Refund & Cancellation Policy
SMM Fame provides digital creator campaign services. Since these are digital services processed manually after payment confirmation, refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the campaign status.
Cancellation before processing
You may request cancellation only if campaign processing has not started. To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, checkout email, submitted link, and payment details.
Refunds may be considered when:
- Payment was successfully deducted but the order was not created or could not be verified.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
- The selected campaign cannot be processed from our side.
- You request cancellation before campaign processing has started.
Refunds may not be available when:
- The campaign has already started processing or has been completed.
- The customer submitted an incorrect, private, broken, restricted, or inaccessible link.
- The customer expected a specific follower count, sales result, revenue, monetization, platform approval, verification, viral reach, or business outcome.
- The delay is caused by platform restrictions, profile privacy settings, content removal, link changes, or other issues outside our control.
Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method depending on the payment provider and order status. After approval, refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect, but bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.
