By using www.smmfame.in or placing an order on SMM Fame, you agree to these Terms of Service. SMM Fame provides digital creator campaign services for public social media profiles, posts, videos, pages, channels, and communities.

Service nature

All campaigns are digital services. No physical item is shipped. Campaigns are reviewed manually and processed based on the selected campaign, submitted link, payment status, platform status, and order queue.

Customer responsibility

  • You must submit accurate campaign details, including the correct public link and WhatsApp number.
  • The submitted profile, post, video, page, channel, or community must be public and accessible.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your content and account comply with the relevant platform rules.
  • You must not submit illegal, harmful, misleading, private, restricted, or abusive content for campaign processing.

No password required

SMM Fame never asks for your social media account password, OTP, or private login details. Customers should not share passwords or sensitive login information with anyone.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods shown at checkout, including Shopify-supported payment providers and payment gateway options such as Razorpay when enabled. Payment availability may vary based on checkout settings and payment provider approval.

Campaign processing

Processing starts after successful payment confirmation and receipt of valid campaign details. Delivery time may vary depending on platform status, link quality, campaign type, and order queue.

No guaranteed outcomes

SMM Fame does not guarantee sales, monetization, follower count, revenue, platform approval, verification, viral reach, or any specific business result. Campaigns are provided as visibility support services and are subject to platform behavior and external conditions.

Order rejection or cancellation

We may reject, pause, or cancel orders that contain incorrect links, inaccessible content, policy-violating content, suspicious payment activity, abuse, or requests that cannot be processed safely.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once processing has started or a campaign has been completed, refunds may not be available.

Limitation of liability

SMM Fame is not responsible for platform changes, account restrictions, content removal, customer-submitted errors, third-party downtime, payment gateway delays, or outcomes outside our direct control.
