Track Your Campaign
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Your campaign is reviewed manually after successful payment confirmation and valid campaign details.
How to check status
To check your campaign/order status, contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- Email used during checkout
- Submitted profile, post, video, page, channel, or community link
- WhatsApp number submitted on the product page
Status notes
- Pending payment: Payment is not yet confirmed.
- Processing: Your campaign details are being reviewed or processed.
- Completed: The digital campaign has been processed from our side.
